MyoPulse provides wellness and personal care products, including the Zenith UltraPulse v3. These products are intended for general relaxation and superficial muscle tension relief.

• No Professional Advice: The information provided on our website, social media, or packaging does not substitute for professional medical advice.

• Assumption of Risk: You agree that using our massagers and products is entirely at your own risk. Consult a physician before use if you have underlying health conditions, are pregnant, or use a pacemaker. We shall not be held liable for any physical injury, worsened condition, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

Section 2 - Online Store Terms & Fulfillment

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

• Third-Party Fulfillment: You acknowledge that our products may be sourced and shipped via third-party logistics and manufacturing partners. As such, shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, international carriers, or logistical strikes.

• Customs & Duties: For international orders, the customer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for any VAT, import duties, customs fees, or taxes applied by their local government upon delivery.

• Pricing Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
