MyoPulse Shipping & Delivery Policy

At MyoPulse, we are committed to delivering your products as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping practices below to understand how and when your order will be delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing period before they are dispatched.

  • Orders are typically processed, verified, and packaged within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Please note that processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

We utilize premium shipping lines to ensure swift delivery. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the following delivery timeframes apply to all products in our catalog:

  • Standard Delivery: 5 to 11 business days.

  • Typical Delivery: Most of our customers receive their orders well within the 5 to 7 business day mark.

Note: Shipping times are estimates provided by our logistics partners and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of your order.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a live tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with the initial scan after receiving your dispatch email.

4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is completely accurate and formatted correctly.

  • If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, MyoPulse is not responsible for the loss of the package.

  • We cannot guarantee that address change requests can be accommodated after an order has been placed, as our fulfillment system works rapidly to process shipments.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

While we partner with reliable carriers, MyoPulse is not liable for packages that are delayed by the carrier due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, logistical strikes, or high-volume seasonal delays).

  • If your tracking information states that your package was "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from porches, mailboxes, or safe spaces after the carrier has confirmed delivery.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside of our domestic fulfillment zones, the customer acts as the importer of record.

  • Any additional customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • MyoPulse has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
